Cupcake Paradise offers local cake and cupcake delivery throughout Toronto and many areas of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Whether you're ordering birthday cupcakes in Downtown Toronto, a custom cake in Mississauga, corporate logo cupcakes in Vaughan, or sending a sweet gift to someone in Markham, you can enter your delivery address at checkout to see available delivery options.

We currently offer local delivery only and do not offer Canada-wide shipping.

Local Delivery

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address entered at checkout.

Please provide complete and accurate delivery information, including your:

• Street address
• Apartment, condo or suite number
• Buzzer or access instructions
• Recipient's full name
• Recipient's phone number

Delivery Times

Orders are delivered on the date selected at checkout.

We make every effort to have orders delivered within the selected or communicated delivery window. However, Toronto and GTA traffic, weather, road closures, building access and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

For time-sensitive events, we recommend selecting a delivery time that allows sufficient time before your celebration or event begins.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

For condos, apartments, offices, hotels, hospitals, schools and other secured buildings, the customer is responsible for ensuring the driver has the information required to access the building and reach the recipient.

If the recipient cannot be reached or the driver cannot access the delivery location, the order may need to be returned or re-delivered. Additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Cupcake Paradise is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from:

• Incorrect delivery addresses
• Incorrect apartment, unit or suite numbers
• Missing buzzer or access information
• Incorrect recipient phone numbers
• An unavailable recipient
• Inability to access the delivery location

If another delivery is required because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Inspecting Your Order

Cakes and cupcakes are delicate products and should be inspected as soon as they are received.

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact Cupcake Paradise promptly and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted, the customer is responsible for appropriate handling and storage.

Unattended Deliveries

If requested by the customer or recipient, an order may be left at the delivery location where reasonably possible.

Once an order has been left unattended at the customer's request, Cupcake Paradise cannot be responsible for theft, weather exposure, temperature-related damage, pests, building removal or damage occurring after drop-off.

Weather, Traffic & Unexpected Delays

Toronto and GTA traffic and weather conditions can occasionally affect deliveries.

Cupcake Paradise is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, building access issues or unexpected courier disruptions.

We will always make reasonable efforts to have your order delivered as scheduled.

Please pick up your order on the date and during the pickup time selected or communicated for your order.

Customers are responsible for safely transporting their order after pickup. Cakes should be kept on a flat, stable surface during transportation.

Once an order has been picked up and leaves Cupcake Paradise, Cupcake Paradise cannot be responsible for damage caused by transportation or handling.
